  1. Q: Interested in your wholesale pricing for my store.

    A: We provide best seller products for fast delivery within 7 days, MOQ is one carton (10pcs per style) and you can custom the hatbands, logo, private label and inner trim.

    We can provide full customization as your requirements as well, the MOQ is 200pcs per color per style, and the lead time is about 40-50days.

    The wholesale prices are based on styles, quantity, etc, generally it is about $15-20 for wool felt hats.

  2. Q: Can I make a sample?

    A: Sure, we can make samples as your requirements. 

    We suggest that you can choose samples from our stock products for fast delivery. And the cost is $20-$35/pcs plus express cost. Or we will take video for the fast delivery products for you.

    If you prefer to make customized samples as your requirements, the lead time of sample is about 21 days, and the cost is $50/pcs plus express cost. The express freight will be $30-$130 for different express company with different freight period(7-20 days).

  3. Q: How is the delivery time about the sample and bulk order?

    A: Samples:
    Production for samples will take about 21 days； 
    Shipment by FedEx will take 5-7days, shipment cost will be about $130; or choose cheaper shipment by EMS,cost is about $30 and delivery time is about 30 days.

    If providing your receiving address, we can check the accurate freight cost for you.

    Bulk:
    Production for bulk order will depend on the quantity, but generally it will take about 40-60 days. 
    Shipment will take about 30-50 days.

    We provide door to door service, the delivery period from our warehouse to your warehouse will take about 30-50 days, and the shipment cost is about $5-7 per hat.

    If you can inform us of your order quantity and styles that you prefer, we can provide more accurate cost and delivery time for you.

  4. Q: Can I add my logos on the hat?

    A: Sure, you can choose metal logo or other material logo and fix it on the hat, or print the logo on the tip top of the crown, or print on the sweatband.

  5. Q: What’s the cost of the logo?

    A: For the metal logo fixed on the hat, the molding cost is $100 for the first order only;
    For the woven and care labels,the molding cost is $60 for the first order only;
    For the print logo on the tip top of the crown or on the sweatband, the molding cost is $60 per color for the first order only.
    There will be no molding cost starting from the second order.

  6. Q: I’m interested in your available hats.

    A: The MOQ is 10pcs per style in one carton.
    If your order is below 60pcs total, the price is about $20;
    If your order is above 60pcs total, the price is about $18;
    The price is different for different quantity and styles, just tell me your idea, so that i can quote you the best price.
    We can provide logo and label customization on the hat, just tell me your plan.

  7. Q: I want to do customized my hats.

    A: Sure, we provide custom made service according to your requirements, the customization cover shape, color, decoration, trims,logo, etc., just tell us your plan, let’s work it out. 

  8. Q: Need your catalogue.

    A: Contact us to get the free catalog or download it on website.

  9. Q: What's your packing?

    A: 1pcs/1polybag,10pcs/20pcs into one carton, with cardboard into it. If you want seprate box,we also can order it.
