Our Strong Production
Our completed hats factory's workshop area covers 30,000 square meters, daily production ability of wool felt hats and straw hats reaches to 10,000pcs, sewing cloth hats 5,000pcs and knitted hats 2,000pcs. Our felt hats body factory in Gu'an Country covers 15,000 square meters workshop area, and the daily production ability reaches to 10,000 pieces.
Now there are 200 qualified and skilled managers and technicians, and more than 1,200 workers. Numbers of international famous designers are employed, and more than 1,000 new styles are developed in each season.
Quality Control
We choose the premium pure wool from Australia, ensured each hat body with the most excellent quality and the best performance. And We select superior natural fibers as raffia straw, wheat straw, paper straw, etc to ensure the comfort and environmental friendly.
The first C2M smart production line is invested in 2016 in our factory. It transfers consumers requirement data directly to production line, realize personalized requirement in quantity production with industrial efficiency and cost.
